SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within the continental USA is rated flat at $5.00.  Additional fees will apply for international shipments or when shipping outside the continental United States.  You may supply your own UPS or FedEx account.  We do not ship using USPS.  

 

Paper goods can easily be ripped or torn so we do our very best to package and ship all purchases with care.  Should a package arrive damaged, either refuse the shipment or document the condition with photographs.  You will be issued a refund or replacement of the items damaged at no extra charge.

RETURN POLICY

Be sure to read the descriptions carefully and the acknowledgment of hand-made goods to avoid the hassle of returns.  However...We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are happy to offer you the full refund of your purchase.  If you are unhappy for any reason, please write to us and a return shipping label will be sent to you via email with tracking.  Once the items arrive, are in good and un-used condition, we will issue a refund to you.  Please note:  Flat rate shipping, shipping on a third party account, or international shipping charges will not be refunded.
